By accessing, booking, purchasing, or receiving services through our website, scheduling platform, online forms, or in-studio services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please review them carefully before booking or purchasing any service.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please discontinue use of our website and services.

Company Overview

Body of Soul Lymphatic Massage Therapy, LLC is a Michigan-based wellness company specializing in lymphatic massage, post-operative recovery support, and holistic wellness services provided by licensed and insured practitioners.

All BOS LMT services are non-medical and are not a substitute for medical examination, diagnosis, or treatment by a licensed physician.

Eligibility

By booking or receiving services, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or you have written consent from a parent or legal guardian.
• You have disclosed all relevant medical, surgical, and health history.
• You understand BOS LMT practitioners do not diagnose, prescribe, or treat medical conditions.

Booking and Payment Requirements (All Services)

• All appointments must be paid in full at the time of booking.
• Payment confirms and reserves your appointment time.
• BOS LMT accepts credit/debit cards and approved digital payment methods.
• All services are non-transferable.
• Failure to remit payment will result in appointment cancellation without notice.

SECTION A: STANDARD (NON-PACKAGE) APPOINTMENTS

Cancellation, No-Show & Late Arrival Policy

This section applies to single-session appointments, memberships, and non-package services only.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule.
• Cancellations made within less than 24 hours incur a $100 late-cancellation fee, charged to the card on file.
• One reschedule is permitted if booked within 30 calendar days; after 30 days, the session is forfeited.
• No refunds are issued.

No-Shows

• Failure to arrive without notice is a No-Show.
• The full session fee is forfeited.
• Repeated no-shows may result in permanent booking restrictions.

Late Arrival

• Arrivals over 10 minutes late may have sessions shortened.
• Arrivals 15 minutes or more late are considered a No-Show.

SECTION B: MULTI-SESSION PACKAGE TERMS (PACKAGE-ONLY POLICY)

This section applies exclusively to multi-session packages and supersedes Section A for package appointments.

Package Use & Validity

Packages must be used within the following validity periods from the date of purchase:

• 4 Sessions – valid for 1 month
• 6 Sessions – valid for 2 months
• 8 Sessions – valid for 2 months
• 10 Sessions – valid for 2 months

Unused sessions remaining after expiration are automatically forfeited.

Package Cancellation Policy

• Package appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
• Package appointments cancelled within less than 24 hours incur a $50 late cancellation fee, charged to the card on file.
• Late cancellations do not deduct a session but still incur the fee.

Package No-Show Policy

• A no-show results in forfeiture of the scheduled session from the package.
• No refunds, credits, or replacement sessions are provided.

Excessive No-Shows & Package Forfeiture

• More than two (2) no-shows within a package period will result in forfeiture of all remaining package sessions.
• Forfeited sessions are non-transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be reinstated.

Package Refund Policy

• All package purchases are final sale.
• No refunds are issued for:
  • Missed package appointments
  • Late cancellations
  • Expired packages
  • Forfeited sessions

Payment Authorization (Packages)

By purchasing a package, you authorize BOS LMT to:

• Maintain a payment method on file
• Charge applicable cancellation fees
• Deduct forfeited sessions per this policy

Emergencies (All Services)

Documented emergencies may be reviewed if submitted within 48 hours of the missed appointment. Approval is at management’s sole discretion and does not establish precedent.

Health & Medical Disclaimer

Massage therapy services are for wellness and comfort only. BOS LMT does not provide medical care and is not responsible for adverse outcomes related to undisclosed conditions.

Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

• Arrive 15 minutes early
• Provide accurate health disclosures
• Follow pre- and post-care instructions
• Maintain appropriate behavior
  Inappropriate conduct results in immediate termination and forfeiture of fees.

Privacy & Confidentiality (HIPAA)

BOS LMT complies with HIPAA and Michigan privacy laws.

• Records are stored in HIPAA-compliant systems (e.g., Kalix Health)
• PHI is not disclosed without consent unless required by law

Liability Waiver

By receiving services, you assume all associated risks and release BOS LMT, its owners, contractors, and staff from liability to the fullest extent permitted by Michigan law.

Modifications to Terms

BOS LMT reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated terms take effect upon posting.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, with exclusive jurisdiction in Oakland County, Michigan.

Acceptance of Terms

By booking, purchasing, or attending services, you acknowledge and accept all Terms herein, including package forfeiture and cancellation policies.
